We preformed an end-to-end assessment of this mining majors' Travel Risk Management Programme. This lead to a global procurement process, provider selection and ongoing provider management services.

We developed a 'go-to-market' plan for a clients new airborne surveillance capability. This piece of work involved extensive travel across the African continent and its extractives Industry client sites.
Healthcare Client
We delivered a Sales Enablement exercise across our clients 500 strong global sales force. Delivery a scope of work that saw a previously bespoke and complex consulting service, 'prodcutised' and rolled out across the consultative sales teams in 14 countries.
